DayStruck EULA — Community & Safety Terms

DayStruck is a service of GRAXION LLC that pairs adults with one another for one-to-one conversation. Because DayStruck is built on user-generated content and interaction between strangers, these terms are a condition of using it. By using DayStruck, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use DayStruck.

1. Zero tolerance

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users on DayStruck. That includes, without limitation:

• Threats, stalking, intimidation, or harassment of any kind
• Any sexual content involving or directed at a minor, in any form — this results in an immediate ban and a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and, where appropriate, law enforcement
• Unsolicited explicit or sexual content
• Hate speech, slurs, or content targeting a person for who they are
• Graphic violence, gore, or encouragement of self-harm
• Spam, scams, fraud, advertising, or solicitation
• Sharing another person's private information (real name they did not share, address, workplace, contact details, photos or messages from a day) anywhere
• Impersonation, or misrepresenting your age — DayStruck is 18+ only
• Any illegal activity

2. Filtering

DayStruck uses automated filtering on text and images to screen for objectionable content, and flagged content is routed for human review. Filtering is a safety layer, not a guarantee; the report and block tools below are always available.

3. Reporting

You can report any user, message, photo, or day from inside the app, at any time. When you file a report:

• The day ends immediately and the record is frozen for review
• We review and act on every report within 24 hours
• Severe categories (threats, anything involving a minor, unsolicited explicit content) trigger immediate suspension of the reported account pending review

4. Blocking

You can block any user at any time — mid-conversation, mid-call, after a day. Blocking is instant and silent. You will never be matched with, or contacted by, a person you have blocked, and they are not told you blocked them.

5. Enforcement

GRAXION may, at its discretion and without prior notice: remove content, end a day, warn, suspend, or permanently ban any account that violates these terms. Everyday misconduct is handled progressively (warning → suspension → ban); severe violations skip straight to suspension or ban. Repeat no-shows (3 within 30 days) pause an account's matching for 7 days.

6. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for what you send and do on DayStruck. Do not share your precise location, financial information, or anything you would not hand a stranger — because on day one, they are one.

7. License and ownership

Your content remains yours. You grant GRAXION LLC a limited, revocable license to host, transmit, and display your content only as needed to operate DayStruck and enforce these terms, subject to the dissolution and retention rules in the DayStruck Privacy Policy.
